Mary Anna Deaton

Mary Anna Deaton (nee Hampton), 88, of Newport, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Fort Thomas. She was born in Newport, Kentucky on September 19, 1931 to the late John and Carrie Hampton (nee Flagg).
In addition to Mary's Parents she was preceded in death by her Husband, Franklin Deaton; Son, Steven Deaton and five Siblings, Martha Hawkins, Lucy Willoughby, George Hampton, Carl Hampton and Jimmy Hampton.
Mary is survived by her beloved Daughter, Vickie (Jeff) Pommer; five grandchildren; two Nieces, Linda Farmer and Marsha Vann, two Nephews, Gary (Betty) Hawkins and Kevin (Debbie) Willoughby; and a host of other family members and friends all of whom will cherish her memory.
In loving memory of Mary, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or 7 Hills Church/TV.
There will be a Memorial Service at 1:30 pm Saturday, September 5, 2020 with a reception following the service at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018. Burial will be a Evergreen Cemetery in Southgate.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm at the funeral home.
