BLAIR, Mary E. age 92, of College Hill, Ohio passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2014. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 30, 1922 to Oakley and Clare Livingston (nee Ripperton).
Mary Elizabeth Livingston began life's journey on April 22nd, 1922. She was the only child of Oakley and
Clare Riperton Livingston. Mary peacefully departed this life Sunday November 2nd, 2014 at home with
family.
As a youth, Mary accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior and was united with Mt. Zion Baptist Church,
Lockland. She was an active member with Fifth Christian Church in Evanston for many years. In later
years she continued her walk with Christ by uniting with Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church.
Mary was educated in the Wyoming City Schools and attended Clark University. She worked as a
substitute teacher before beginning a career with Sears and Roebuck. Mary was an active member with
the Suburbanites Club. She enjoyed traveling and other activities with the Wyoming and Woodlawn
Senior Clubs.
Mary was united in Holy Matrimony with the late Harold Robert Blair in 1950. This union was blessed
with two daughters, Jacqueline Taylor, and Cheryl Andrea.
Mary leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters, Jacqueline Taylor and Cheryl Andrea, two grandsons
Charles Patrick Thrasher and David Blair Middleton (LaToyia) and three great grandchildren, Marino,
Cameron and Skyler, and sisters- in- law, Rose (Percy) and Lorraine (Leon), many nieces, nephews,
Cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
