Mary Jo Majewski

Majewski, Mary Jo age 62, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 1, 1955 to Charles Robert and Mary Helen Frey (nee Ossenbeck). Mary Jo gave her heart, her time and her passion to her children and grandchildren. She was an avid book reader, loved cool rainy days, and a good cup of warm tea. Mary Jo loved giving hugs and kisses to her grandchildren and socializing on the telephone, or with her neighbors. Mary Jo enjoyed going to work and being with her Executive Transportation family. She was very thoughtful and never forgot anyone's birthday. Her smile brought comfort, warmth, and happiness to all those around her.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Mary Jo is survived by her beloved husband of 41 years, James Henry Majewski; her son, Christopher Stanaslaus (Suzy) Majewski; her daughters, Jennifer Juliana (Joseph) Waked and Stephanie Elizabeth (Michael) Foster; her grandchildren, Leo, Poppy, and Blake; her sister, Peggy (Richard) Eckes; her brother, Robert (Carla) Frey; her niece, Nikki (Josh) Logsdon; her nephew, Scooter (Beth) Eckes; and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 16, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 11:00 am at St. Simon the Apostle Parish, 825 Pontius Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45233. Burial will follow at St. Joseph New Cemetery.
