Starks, Michael A. Sr. age 59, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2016. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 3, 1957 to Hoyd J. and Annie R. Starks (nee Wilker).
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, George L. Starks and Milton E. Starks. Michael is survived by his beloved children, Portia L. Starks, Jammell A. Hicks, Michael A. Starks, Jr., Lisa K. Starks; grandchildren, Tyler, Rayvone, Briana, Paris and Destiny Starks; siblings, Helen J. Deering, James H. (Bernadine) Starks, Patricia A. Starks, Veronica D. Adams, Janice M. (Nicholas) Winters, Duane E. (Pamela) Starks; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral Ceremony will be 11:00 am Friday, September 9, 2016 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
