Michael Burke, age 67, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2023. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 27, 1956 to Thomas and Dorothy Burke (nee Phillips).
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Thomas Burke, Russell Burke, sister, Doris Burke, mother in law, Marjorie Hines. Michael is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Peggy Burke (nee Hines); daughter, Nicole (Phil) Hicks, son, Michael Burke, granddaughter, Braxton Hicks, grandson, Koy Hicks, grandson, Peyton Hicks, grandson, Luke Burke, grandson, Bo Hicks, grandson, Ty Hicks, granddaughter, Trinity Hicks, grandson, Eli Burke, grandson, Greyson Burke, brother, Raymond Burke, brother, Allen (Linda) Burke, brother, David Burke, sister, Sharon Wray, brother in law, Tim Hines, brother in law, Todd (Angela) Hines, father in law, Tom Hines; and a host of other family members and friends. Michael was loved by all.
Michael was full of life. "Babe, I really love my life" he proved that by, being a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Michael enjoyed life everyday, whether it be his fishing, his hunting, or just hiking through the woods. You may find him in his backyard grooming his apple trees and pear trees. You may find him in the toy section at any store hunting out Hot Wheels, treasure hunt, in particular. One of his greatest loves of life was his family, his grandchildren, children, and especially his wife meant the world to him.

Visitation will be 5:00pm - 8:00pm on October 23, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, OH 45211. A Funeral Ceremony will begin at 11:00am on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 with burial following at Bridgetown Cemetery.
