Michael Patrick "Mike" Mclaughlin

Michael Patrick McLaughlin, age 39, of Covington, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Health Care in Edgewood. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 20, 1985 to Don and Julie McLaughlin. Mike enjoyed building Legos, model cars, and RC cars. He liked tattoos and was an excellent artist to draw his own tattoo designs. Mike was also a huge Star Wars fan.

Mike is survived by his beloved wife of 14 years, Sarah McLaughlin (nee Gullett); mother, Julie McLaughlin, father, Don Balsley, Jr., brother, Justin McLaughlin, sister, Becca (Dann) Ruter, nieces, Kyrie Ruter, Addy Ruter, sister, Nicole Balsley, paternal grandfather, Donald Balsley, Sr., paternal grandmother, Joyce Balsley, sister-in-law, Melissa Dorsey, nieces, Mackenzie Dorsey, Makayla Dorsey; and a host of other family members and friends.

In loving memory of Mike, contributions may be made to Kenton County Animal Shelter,1020 Mary Laidley Drive, Covington, KY 41017.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.
