Herrmann, Michel Joseph age 80, of Union, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, August 11, 2018. He was born in Covington, Kentucky on July 7, 1938 to Joseph and Erma Herrmann (nee Michels).
Michel graduated from Lloyd High School was a Navy Veteran and retired from Local 126 Union Carpenters. Michel enjoyed fishing, boating, bow hunting and the general outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Erma and Joseph Herrmann. Michel is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Angie Herrmann (nee Ferguson); sons, Allen (Tammy) Herrmann, Brian (Charlene) Herrmann, Steve Herrmann; grandchildren, Angel (Joe) Dickmeyer, Daniel (Alicia) Herrmann, Amanda (Matt) Gunderson, Samantha Herrmann; five great-grandchildren whom all loved their papaw; and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Michel, contributions may be made to Cincinnati Childrens Hospital P.O. Box 5202 Cincinnati, Ohio 45201-5202.
A visitation will be held 10:00 am - 12:00 pm with a Funeral Ceremony to follow on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018. With burial and military honors to follow at Hughes Chapel Cemetery.
