Mildred Bailey

Mildred Bailey, age 86 of Cincinnati passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at the Meadows Health Care Center. She was born on June 10, 1926 the daughter of Lorenzo Johnson and Myrtle (Ralls) Gamble. Mildred was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church and retired from the Hamilton County Public Library as an assistant librarian.

She is survived by a daughter, Antoinette King of Cincinnati; two granddaughters, Chanel and her husband James Sandlin, and Charolette Waller of Cincinnati; nine great-grandchildren, Jay, Daniel, Ashley, Crystal, Jordan, Paige, Michael, Luke, and Eunija; and two great-greatgrandchildren, Noah, and Christian. Preceded in death by her parents; and her daughter, Jacquelyn King.

Funeral service will be held at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, on Monday, November 5, 2012 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Floyd Walker officiating. Entombment will be held at Crown Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM.
