Mitchel Herald, Sr.

Mitchel Herald, Sr., age 82, of Erlanger, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020. He was born in Jackson, Kentucky on December 21, 1937 to Thomas and Rutha Herald (nee Deaton). Mitchel enjoyed collecting antiques and going to yard sales. He is known for his work on lawnmowers and cars.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Cindy Herald (nee Winkle), his parents, daughter, Sharon Jean Herald, grandson, Joseph Asche, and brothers, William Herald, Doc Herald, Wayne Herald, and Lewis Herald.

Mitchel is survived by his children, Mitchel (Cheri) Herald, Jr., Joseph Asche, Mima Elizabeth Herald, Irene Renee (Tony) Turner, Amber May Asche; grandchildren, Stephanie Reineke, Joe-Joe Asche, Jennifer Asche, Danielle Turner, Megan Turner, Seth Herald, Tori Herald, Kelly Jackson; great-grandchildren, Toby, Kaleb, Sarah, Brayden, Maddie, Zoey; siblings, Letch Herald, Oakley Herald, Mima Meadows; sisters-in-law, Catherine Herald, Laoma Herald; and a host of other family members and friends.

Services for Mitchel will be held privately with his family.
