Modesta "Moding" Mangaoang Eugenio, age 93, of Independence, Kentucky passed away on Friday, August 13, 2021. She was born in Aringay, La Union, Philippines to Alejandro and Crispina Dulay Mangaoang on November 4, 1927.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Lope Mangaoang, and Juan Mangaoang.
Moding is survived by her son, Alex Eugenio; daughter, Julie Eugenio Montgomery; grandson, Jake Montgomery; brother, Romegio (Aurelia) Mangaoang, Sr.; and a host of other family members and friends.
Services for Moding will be held at a later date in Lemon Grove, California.
