On July 30, 2012, the Lord called our beloved Mozelle Wiley home. Our perfect Angel, as we know here on earth, was born on September 8, 1919 making her 93 years old. Mozelle Wiley was born to father, Freed Kesler and mother, Zora Pittman-Kessler in a small town known as Ila, Georgia.
She later met and married the late Jessie Wiley and they settled in Cincinnati, OH in 1941 where they started a family of nine children. 7 daughters and 2 sons.
Upon settling in Lincoln Heights, Ohio she was homemaker and a dedicated loving mother who joined and was baptized at First Baptist Church of Lincoln Heights, where she came to know the Lord and was saved. She was known as "Mom Wiley" for she was famous for her cooking and was a friend to everyone in the neighborhood.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 daughters, Betty Jo Wiley and Ethel Mae Davis, 1 brother, Herbert Kesler and one sister, Annie Mae Wise.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories: 5 daughters, Annie Mae Gardner, Jessie Mae Williams, Patricia Elle Wiley, Gloria (Ronald) Tolbert, Veronica Wiley; 2 sons, Lonnie John (Shelley) Wiley and Clarence Wiley; a grandson who she raised as her own son, Lawrence Wiley; 2 brothers, Thomas George and Freed Kesler, Jr., 32 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren, 16 great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
