In loving memory of Nancy Rogers (nee Trimble), a cherished soul who graced this world on September 30, 1944, and peacefully departed on July 27, 2024, in her hometown of Dayton, Kentucky. Nancy's journey was one filled with love, laughter, and a profoundness for life's simple pleasures.
Born to Foster Trimble and Cleo Trimble (nee Blersch), Nancy brought immense joy to her parents' lives from the very beginning. Growing up in Dayton, Kentucky, she developed a deep connection with nature and cultivated a passion for gardening and tending to colorful flowers. Her green thumb was undeniable, and the beauty she nurtured around her was a reflection of her own inner warmth.
Nancy's love for cooking brought her family together around the dinner table, where countless memories were shared and cherished. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren held a special place in her heart, and she found immense joy in their laughter and playfulness. Nancy's legacy of love and family bonds will forever live on through the generations she touched.
After 49 beautiful years of marriage, Nancy is now reunited with her beloved husband, Bill Rogers. Their love story continues beyond this life as an inspiration to all who knew them. She is also reunited with her beloved daughter, Dianna Lynn Rogers, grandson, Bobby Halcomb and sister, Barbara Robinson. She is survived by her children: Douglas Rogers, Rebecca Sue Rucker, Paula Joy Lloyd, Scott Allen Rogers; brothers Jerry Trimble, Thomas Trimble; sister Linda Zerden; along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Nancy's presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love leave an indelible mark on those whose lives she touched. As we mourn her physical absence, let us also celebrate the beautiful life she lived and the incredible impact she had on each of us.
May Nancy Rogers find eternal peace in the loving embrace of those who went before her.
