Nancy Sue Simpson

Nancy Sue Simpson was born February 1, 1952 to Earl and Betty (Murphy) Simpson in Middletown, Ohio. She passed away on January 23, 2019 at the age of 66.
Nancy graduated from Middletown High School, where she was very active in sports. After high school she enlisted in the U.S. Army and was trained as a medic. She served briefly in Saigon during the Viet Nam War.
Nancy enjoyed playing the guitar and singing with her friends, camping, boating, scuba diving, and participating in recreational sports.
Nancy is survived by her long-time partner Mary Daniel, brother David, her niece Ryan Rothermel, nephews JB Simpson, Josh Nerenberg, Jason (Kristen) Nerenberg, Jared (Anna) Nerenberg, and twelve great nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all of them as well as her many, many friends.
Nancy was preceded in death by her father Earl, her mother Betty, and her sister Linda Nerenberg.
There will be a celebration of Nancy's life on Sunday February 17 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at the VFW Hall at 8326 Brownsway Ln, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45239.
