Neal J. Palmisano, Jr., age 70, of Norwood, Ohio passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021.
He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 11, 1951 to Neal J. Palmisano and Josephine Palmisano (nee Degaro).
Neal was a beloved son, brother to Frank (Ellen) and Mike (Sherry), cousin, uncle, and friend. He loved music, especially jazz. He was veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He currently was an employee of the I.R.S. in Cincinnati for a number of years, and previously had worked at US Playing Card in Norwood. In earlier years, Neal had been on the road, playing percussion in a band.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, many cousins, and his dear great-nephew, Jack. Neal's long-time friends and others he was associated with in Cincinnati spoke highly of him, so his kindness toward his friends and family made his life an example of being Christian in his attitudes and actions.
Neal had multiple sclerosis for about 25 years, but never complained about his lot in life. While he lived alone, he wasn't alone because of his friends and associates. And, of course, he was the "fun uncle."
Neal will be interred in the family plot on December 3 at noon at the St. Joseph Cemetery in Price Hill (513-251-3110).
