Neil Lewis Miller, age 92, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on November 26, 1929 to Charles H. Miller and Marie Margarite Miller (nee Riehle).
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles H. Miller; mother, Marie Margarite Miller; and siblings, Jeanne Ann Metter, Raymond Miller, James Miller, and Robert Miller. Neil is survived by his beloved wife of 74 years, Anita Sue Miller (nee Hastin); children, Cherie Miller, Doug (Mary) Miller, Shelley Miller Reed, Keith Neil (Kim) Miller; grandchildren, Jonathan Okorowski, Adam (Heather) Okorowski, Margaret Miller, Logan Neil Miller, Madison Miller Reed, Jack Reed; great-grandsons, Zack Herlinger and Andrew Okorowski; sister, Marilyn Miller; and many more family members and friends.
Neil was a lover of all sports, he was the captain of the football team in high school and played baseball for the Toledo Mud Hens. He also loved to attend all kinds of sporting events, he was a fan of Ohio State, Michigan, Bengals and Reds. However, his passion was golfing, he was a 3 handicap golfer that enjoyed many years of playing at Hidden Valley Golf Course. Neil and his wife, Sue, loved to travel whenever they could. During Neil's retirement years, they went to Florida every year in March. He cherished all of his family and loved spending time with each one of them. Neil had a successful and fulfilling career at Western & Southern for many years. He was a hard worker that never missed a day of work.

Gathering of family and friends will be Monday, August 1, 2022 with a visitation from 5 pm - 6:30 pm with service starting at 6:30 pm, at Newcomer Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. A Celebration of Neil's life will follow at Pebble Creek.
