Stanken, Nicholas Thomas age 41, of Union, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 27, 1981 to Thomas H. Stanken and Peggy A. Stanken (nee Weinle).
He was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy A. Stanken. Nick is survived by his father, Thomas H. Stanken; sons, Avery D. Stanken, Keegan N. Stanken and Pierce T. Stanken; sister, Lindsay M. (Chris) Hodges; and a host of other family members and friends.
Nick was an avid sports and music fan and enjoyed playing guitar. He was a lifelong learner, always eager to gain new knowledge. Nick cherished all of his family, including his Shiba Inu, Kobe.
In loving memory of Nick, contributions may be made to NKY Intergroup, 1545 Scott St, Covington, KY 41011, where their mission is to support AA groups in our local community.
Funeral Ceremony will be 12:00 pm Friday, March 3, 2023 with a visitation from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018. Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky.
