Norine Claire Hopkins

Norine Claire (Miller) Hopkins - 78 - of Cincinnati Ohio joined her husband of 58 years and daughter in heaven on August 26, 2022 after a sudden illness.

Norine was born November 27, 1943 in Cincinnati to John and June Miller. She resided in the Cheviot area most of her life. She attended Mother of Mercy High school and was a long time stay at home mother until entering the workforce as an EKG technician at St. Francis-St. George (Mercy) Hospital.

She married the love of her life, Eugene Bradley Hopkins on February 27, 1965. They spent a lifetime together raising their 4 children and enjoying their grandchildren until his passing in January of this year.

She was an amazing, loving and a go above and beyond mother to her children; Amy (James) Nadicksbernd, Jon (Kimberly) Hopkins, Scott (Jessica) Hopkins and Catherine Lee Fuson.

Her favorite name was Grandma (Andma) and she lived to love on and spoil her 12 grandchildren; Garrett (Amber) and Nick Nadicksbernd, Rachel (Brandon) Hopkins, Zack (Jackie), Joseph, Sara, and Matthew Fuson, Mira, Gavin, Peyton, Grayson and Avalyn Hopkins. Great Granddaughter; Dahlia Fuson

Norine was blessed by her longtime friends, sisters and partners in crime; Janet Chipman, Carla Vlaikov, Cindy Moll and Simone Hildebrand. She loved "going to the show", days at the pool and shopping with the girls. They share years of memories and laughs.

She is also survived by her sister; Kathy Miller Bradley, special cousin Bonnie Conley and her lap companion, Miss Ellie.

Norine will always be known for her delicious barbecue and chili; Her jingling bracelets and red nail polish. She was classy and kind. Her contagious laugh and wonderful sense of humor will be missed and her incredible heart will live inside her family forever.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John and June Miller, husband Eugene Hopkins and daughter Lee Catherine Fuson.

A private ceremony will be held for family and friends at a later date.
