PENTER, Norma C., age 79 of Cincinnati passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2015. She was born in Cincinnati on February 7, 1936 the daughter of Frank A. and Norma P. (Turner) Flege Sr.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Douglas Penter and Charles Penter; two brothers, Ronald Flege and Frank Flege Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Penter; two sisters, Carolyn Flege-Brodbeck and Marilyn Flege; seven grandchildren, Christina, Zoe, Amanda, Brittany, Ryan, Dwight, and Shanda; three great-grandchildren, Grayden, Gracie and Charlie; and many nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery Chapel, 11000 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249, on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 10 am. Inurnment will be held at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
