Norma passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at Fort Hamilton Hughes Memorial Hospital Hospice Unit. Norma was born on September 21, 1943 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Herman Stoehr and Jeanette Helen Stoehr.
Norma is survived by her husband, John Michael Ruebel of Somerville and daughter, Debra L Ruebel.
Memorial service for Norma Jean Ruebel, age 68 of Somerville, Ohio will be Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home - Hamilton Chapel. Chaplain Larry Davis will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home - Hamilton Chapel. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
