Wainscott, Norma L. age 92, of Monroe Township, Ohio passed away on Friday, February 3, 2017. She was born in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky on January 5, 1925 to Herman and Minnie Rowe (nee Ballard).
She was preceded in death by her husband Fred L. Wainscott; parents; daughter, Rosanna Kiser. Norma is survived by her beloved children, John Wainscott, Fred Wainscott, Jr., Norma L. Asbury, Darlene F. Wainscott, Ada M. Brooks, Sandra G. (Tom) Carrelli, Norman (Brenda) Wainscott, Bill Wainscott; eighteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren; many great-great grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
Graveside Service will be 11:00 am Friday, February 10, 2017 at Baltimore Pike Cemetery.
