Ollie Smith III, 49, of Forest Park, Ohio passed away on August 15, 2013 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Ollie was born on March 27, 1964, Cincinnati, Ohio to Ollie and Henrietta (Overstreet) Smith.
He was also preceded in death by his sister, Linda M. Smith.
Ollie is survived by his spouse of 29 years, Ms. Tonya A.(Betton) Smith; his children, Pamela J. Smith, Dominic N. Smith, Derrick J. Smith, Nichole D. Smith; his siblings, Raymond J. (Lori) Smith, Robert L (Vanessa) Smith, Jason Smith; his grandchildren, Jaiden L. Smith, Brooklyn N. Smith, Dominic N. Smith Jr. and Zy'Aire R. Bonner and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 10:00 am Saturday, August 24, 2013 at St. Simon of Cyrene Episcopal Church 810 Matthews Drive Lincoln Heights, Ohio 45215 with his Funeral Ceremony at 10:00 am.
Ollie will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him dearly.
