Lear, Opal M. age 83, of Blue Ash, Ohio passed away on Monday, July 10, 2017. She was born in Kentucky on April 14, 1934 to Hoss and Alice Miller.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings. Opal is survived by her daughter, Alice Ann (Melvin) Treadway, 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
A Graveside Service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, July 14, 2017 at Lexington Cemetery, 833 West Main Street, Lexington, Kentucky 40508.
