Paul W Seiler, Sr

Paul Walter Seiler Sr, age 85, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2023. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on February 25, 1938 to Walter and Virginia Seiler (nee Edison).

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Paul is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Mary Jo Seiler (nee Bihn).

He is the devoted father of Paul W (Lisa) Seiler, Jr., Noel (Craig) Buschle, Bridget (Mark) Shad, Joe Seiler, Patrick Seiler, Tara Hussong, and Michael (Jessica) Seiler. Paul is the grandfather of Anthony, Nicholas, Andrew, Craig, Jr., Samantha, Kyle, Olivia, Adam, Christopher, Abby, Caitlin, Brandon, Shannon, Colin, John, Erin, Allison, Ashley, Emma, Brayden, Raegan, Brooke and the great grandfather of Amelia, Kyler, Hudson, Noah, Aleigha. He is the brother of Roger (Debbie) Seiler and Ralph (Vicki) Seiler.

He leaves behind other family members and friends.

A 1956 graduate of Elder High School, Paul was a proud Navy Veteran, having served during the Cuban Missile crisis. He retired from Cincinnati Machine Tool Company after a long tenure as a lathe operator. Paul was known for his love of family, his devotion to his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and is fondly remembered by the hundreds of young people he guided as a football, wrestling, soccer, baseball, and softball coach throughout his long coaching career..

Visitation will be Monday, September 18, 2023 from 5 PM to 7 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati (45211)

Please join the family for the Funeral Mass, 11 AM, Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Our Lady of Victory Church. Burial with Military Honors will follow in New St Joseph Cemetery.
