Irene Paula Smith-Mohr, age 67, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2019. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on February 13, 1952 to A. Paul and Irene Schroeder-Smith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Irene Schroeder and A. Paul Smith; son, Buddy Rhoads and sister-in-law Karen Smith and many beloved aunts and uncles. Paula is survived by her beloved husband of 29 years, Mark Mohr; loving daughter, Brenda R. (Pete) Kamuf; cherished grandchild, Kayla R. (Dyvan) Berryhill-Dunson and one great-grandchild on the way; siblings, Gene Smith, Charen (Tony) Stubbs; and a host of other family members and friends.
Paula was a strong woman who loved the lord. To know her meant you had a friend for life. Paula always had the biggest smile whenever you would see her. She was a fighter and persevered until the end. She will be dearly missed.
A visitation will be held from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm with a service at 3:00 pm on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northwest Chapel. 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
In loving memory of Paula, in lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
