Pauline Tafur, age 85, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2020. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 12, 1934 to Lawrence and Laura Cincush (nee Glahn).
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edgar A. Tafur; sister, Barbara Cincush; brother, Lawrence Cincush, Jr. Pauline is survived by her beloved children, Patrice (Stephan) Schlosser, Edgar A. (Kathleen) Tafur, Jr.; granddaughter, Stephanie Schlosser; and a host of other family members and friends.
Pauline was a Leader and Camp Director for Girl Scouts, a Costume Designer and Seamstress (including custom beadwork) for competitive and professional skaters, and a Dog Breeder and Obedience Trainer for toy breeds. Her favorite breeds were Pomeranian and Papillon.
In loving memory of Pauline, contributions may be made to SPCA Cincinnati, 11900 Conrey Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249.
There will be a private family gathering at a later date.
