HARBIN, PHILIP M. Passed away Tuesday, July 21st, 2015 at the age of 65 years. Born August 15, 1949 to Oneeda Campbell Harbin.
Beloved husband of Linda Harbin. Devoted father of Tony Harbin and Amy Harbin. Loving grandfather of Dylan Grubbs, Jack Grubbs and Jenna Harbin. Dear brother of Brenda Sampson, Dana Harbin and the late Denny Harbin. Also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM Saturday, July 25th at Legacy Christian Church, 216 North Sycamore St. Harrison, OH 45030. Funeral service following at 3:00 PM with Pastor Mark Garrett officiating. Sympathy may be expressed by a memorial contribution to Hospice of Cincinnati.
