Haas, Phillip D. age 56, of Northside, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2016. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 15, 1960 to Alonzo and Hazel Haas (nee Tackett).
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Daniel Haas and Sue Haas. Phillip is survived by his beloved children, April A. Haas and Phillip A. (Alexandera Burns) Haas; grandchildren, LaMarcus, Hunter and Ahnnah Teresa; siblings, Lonnie, Richard, Jerry, David, Mary, Sharon, Crissie, Gloria and Becky; and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Phillip, contributions may be made to Cincinnati Zoo - Cheetahs, 3400 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220. Funeral Ceremony will be 6:00 pm Tuesday, September 6, 2016 with a visitation from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
