Phillip Anthony "Phil" Hern, age 74, of Ludlow, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. He was born in Wapakoneta, Ohio on November 18, 1948 to Delmar and Shirley Hern (nee Marker).
Phil was a lifelong Cincinnati Reds fan and enjoyed playing cards, bowling, and learning anything about History. He was beloved by many will and will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his father, Delmar Hern, mother, Shirley Hern, and brother, Denny Hern.
Phil is survived by his beloved daughters, Jamie Wisner, and Emily (Tyler) Wayman; grandchildren, Madeline Johnson, Daniel Johnson, and Sam Wayman; brother, Bruce Hern; and a host of other family members and friends.
The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
