Dennis, Phyllis Jean age 80, of Harrison, Ohio passed away on Monday, June 7, 2021. She was born in Richmond, Kentucky on October 30, 1940 to Boyd and Elizabeth Isaacs (nee Perkins).
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Phyllis is survived by her beloved children, Vicky Jones, Tony Jones, Tammy Collins, Johnny Jones, Jr., Danny Dennis, Patricia Dennis, Fred Dennis; her sister, Carol Smith; and a host of other family members and friends.
Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
