Phyllis Lynn Lincoln was born on January 14, 1957, in Akron, Ohio to Oran Nathaniel Lincoln and Geraldine Garr-Lincoln. She departed this life on September 27, 2022, in Cincinnati, Ohio with her loving daughter by her side.
She attended school in the Akron Public School system. Her education was continued by going to college at Mercer University in Atlanta, GA receiving a double bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership.
Phyllis was a loving sister, aunt, friend and amazing mother. She always loved to help others. She attended Marvelous Light Church in Atlanta, GA. She was the Sunday School Teacher who the kids grew to love. She also worked for Job Corps in Cincinnati, where she loved to empower the staff and students.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Oran and Geraldine Lincoln; her siblings, Sharon Louise, Oranda Jean, and Allison Lynette.
She leaves to cherish her warm presence, gentle touch, strong personality, amazing smile and so many fond memories to her beloved daughters, Allison Lynn Lincoln and Alise Letisha Sanders; grandson, Langston Miles Sanders; sister, Vicky Davis; brother-in-law, Ron Davis; three nieces, Alexandria "Niccie" Hill, Alisha Peeples, and Kristen Peeples; three nephews, Nathaniel Lincoln, Stephen Lincoln, and Korrey Hill; and a host of great nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be 3:00 pm, Saturday, October 15, 2022 with a visitation from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
