Smith, Phyllis (nee Crusie) age 88, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 2, 2021. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 23, 1932 to the late Clifford and Joan Crusie (nee Berning).
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 47 years, Richard G. Smith, and sister, Janet Weiand. Phyllis is survived by her beloved children, Barb A. (Rich) Basler, Patti M. (Mike) Reynolds, Dan R. (Sylvia) Smith, and Judy G. (Cathy) Smith; grandchildren, Erin (Jason) Humphrey, Kelly (Denny) Flueck, Christina (David) Collins, Andrew (Hannah) Urig, Alex Urig, Alisse Urig, Gretchen (Dalton) Griffin, Annie Smith, Sam Smith, and Chad Smith; great-grandchildren, Sadie Humphrey, Tyler Humphrey, Jake Humphrey, Samantha Collins, Natalie Collins, Caroline Collins, Isaac Collins, Thomas Collins, and Mackenzie Casey; sister, Betty Koch; and a host of other family members and friends.
More than any other accomplishments in her life, Phyllis was most proud of and loved her family.
In loving memory of Phyllis, contributions may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or a charity of your choice. Mass will be 10:30 am Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church at 3450 Lumardo Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio 45238. Mass will be live-streamed on the parish website, on Tuesday at 10:30 am. Masks are required for attendance. Celebration of Life to be held in the spring, as she loved a good party.
