Chambers, Rachel Lynn age 48, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 16, 1970 to Harold and Linda Chambers (nee Saddler).
Rachel is survived by her beloved family, father, Harold Chambers; mother, Linda Chambers; son, James R. Grosser, Jr.; daughter, Samantha L. (Benjamin) Gepford; granddaughter, Ava Stiles; grandson, Ethan Gepford; brother, Harold (Tara) Chambers, Jr.; and a special thank you to her aunt, Patty Thompson for her loving care; also nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Rachel, contributions may be made to the family.
Funeral Ceremony will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, November 24, 2018 with a visitation from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Newcomer Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
