Clayton, Raymond Dennis age 70, of Covington, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. He was born in Covington, Kentucky on April 21, 1952 to Leroy Orville Clayton and Marian Eileen Clayton (nee Sullivan).
He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Paul Charles Clayton, Roy Lee Clayton, Johnny Kenneth Clayton, and Sandra Frances Clayton. Ray is survived by his son, Stephen R. Clayton, daughter, Lauryn A. Clayton; grandchildren, Devon Dakota Clayton and Alyssa Hancock; siblings, Patricia Loraine (Jim) Hartberger, Vicki Eileen (Dennis) Kessen, Mark Allen (Susan) Clayton, Sherri Lynn Clayton; and a host of other family members and friends.
Ray was a man of many talents, he was a contractor for over 40 years and enjoyed DJ'ing on the side. He was smart, personable and could do anything. He also loved playing and coaching softball, he even umpired on occasion. He enjoyed spending time at the Bellevue Vets and the Bellevue Eagles where he was involved in many fundraisers. He was so loved by his family and many friends and will be deeply missed.

Celebration of Life will be held from 3:00 - 700 pm Sunday, March 26, 2023 at the Bellevue Vets, 24 Fairfield Ave. Bellevue, KY 41073.
