Proctor, Regina Rose age 58, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Friday, June 26, 2020. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 12, 1962 to Lloyd and Fayrine Phillips (nee Roy).
She was preceded in death by her parents; her three sisters, Yvonne Phillips, Kathy Phillips and her twin, Renita Kuyper; her three grandchildren, Jaxson, Keri and Kaylee Proctor; her father-in-law, Lou Proctor; her granny, Bertha Lemons; and her brother-in-law, Louis Proctor Sr. Regina is survived by her beloved husband of 34 years, Randall A. Proctor; her four sons, Robert (Ginger) Phillips, Randall P. Proctor, Jeremy Proctor and Travis (Jessica) Proctor; her grandchildren, Kenadee Proctor, Jonah Proctor and Robbie Phillips; her mother-in-law, Rose Proctor; her sister, Wanda (Phillip) Chumley; three brothers, Dennis (Donna) Phillips, John Phillips and Steve (Erin) Phillips; her sisters-in-law, Roxann (Andi) Scheidt, Debbie Winesett and Wanda Proctor; and uncles, Clovis, Coleman, Butterball and Tommy Roy; and many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
