Rickey (Richard) Boehl, passed away suddenly at the young age of 34. He will be missed, always, by his wife & best friend, Krystal Boehl and their two children, Aubrie & Adrian. His laughter, smile and semi-funny dad jokes are forever part of the wonderful memories we made over the years. Anyone that met Rickey was an automatic friend. His charismatic nature made him such a loveable guy who made friends anywhere he went. He was always the life of the party. At home, it was pillow forts, Nerf gun wars, Xbox games, and movie nights. Above all, he loved his family with all his heart.
If there was a football, basketball, or baseball game on, Rickey was going to watch. A dedicated Bengals Fan, win or lose. He enjoyed darts, cards, and golfing with his friends. Always learning new skills for his DIY projects inspired by his wife's newest Pinterest finds. He loved to see her smile when the project was completed; sometimes not exactly like the Pinterest photo, but the love put into the project made it even better.
Rickey always admired his mother Marcella Spradlin's strength, courage, and unconditional love that she displayed raising him as a single mother. Rickey always had a special place in his heart for his mama. Rickey was preceded in death by his father Richard A. Boehl.
Kelly Miller, Rickey's sister, was his role model. He looked up to his big sister for inspiration and guidance. He admired Sean Miller's (husband) strengths as a family man. He adored his niece and nephew Teagan and Finn.
Survived by his wife, Krystal Boehl and their two children, Aubrie & Adrian Boehl.; his mother, Marcie Spradlin; his sister, Kelly (Sean) Miller; and his niece and nephew Teagan and Finn; his brother Rio Boehl; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 from 5 pm until the time of service at 6:30 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
