LEE, Richard G., age 74 of Cincinnati passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2016. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 30, 1942 to the late Henry T. Lee and Ollie Bell (Davis) Lee. On September 1, 1962 in Cincinnati he married Lafern Chaney.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Mark Alan Lee; his step-mother, Margaret Lee; his two sisters, Shirley Meyung and Delores Lindsey; his brother, James Lee. He is survived by his loving wife, Lafern Lee; his devoted son, Timothy Lee; his brother, Donald Lee; two sisters, Barbara Brisbin and Patricia Brown and her husband Darrell; his brother-in-law, Tom Meyung; four grandchildren, Timothy "T.J.", Nicholas, Brandon, and Savannah; his loving companion, Scrappy; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Monday, July 18, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home – Western Hills Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm.
