Richard Noel Tenbrink, age 56, of North Bend, Ohio passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on Friday, December 23, 2022. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 17, 1966 to Richard Henry and Linda Tenbrink (nee Flanders).
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Henry Tenbrink and his brother, Robert Neil Tenbrink.
Noel is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Kimberly Tenbrink (nee Brueshaber), his sons, Ryan (Katie) Tenbrink and Michael Tenbrink, his 3 grandchildren, Liam, Madison and Nolan and his mother, Linda Tenbrink.
Noel is the brother of Jason (Amanda)Tenbrink, Jeff Tenbrink, Greta (Ronald) Niemeier, Gregory Schmied, Curtis (Michelle) Tenbrink, and Lindsay Tenbrink. He is survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Noel spent many years as a child living in St. Petersburg, FL and, even as an adult, it was his favorite vacation spot. He was employed by The Imbus Roofing Company for over 30 years. His favorite hobby was going to NHRA drag racing events with his friends. Noel had a quiet demeanor for anyone who didn't know him well but once his 3 grandchildren came into his life, a softer, more fun-loving side of Noel emerged. He was a hardworking, jack-of-all trades man who we knew "If Grandpa can't fix it, no one can." Noel was a true family man and would happily do anything for each of us. We'll remember his kindness and miss him forever.
Visitation will be in the Gathering Space of Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 9:30 AM until the funeral mass at 10:30 AM. Burial will be at a later date.
