He was preceded in death by his Father, Warden Hall, Mother, Norma Sanders.
Ricky is survived by his beloved Spouse of 10 years, Vicki Hall (Stull); son, Christopher Clifford; daughter, Sarah (Michael) Holloran; granddaughters, Kaylie Holloran, Chelsey Holloran, Emily Holloran; brother, Jeff (Tammy) Hall; nieces, Brittany Snyder, Alyssa Hall; nephew, Brandon Hall; and a host of other family members and friends.
