Rita Marie Van Loenen

Van Loenen, Rita Marie age 69, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 29, 1946 to Charles and Loretta Vickers (nee Miller).
Rita dedicated her life to her teaching profession in both the United States and Germany. She was an avid world traveler, who opened her heart and home to family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Loretta and Charles Vickers. Rita is survived by her loving son, Dustin (Ashley) Van Loenen; granddaughter, Josephine Van Loenen; brothers, Edward (Cheryl) Vickers and David Vickers; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral Ceremony will be 11:00 am Saturday, March 5, 2016 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
