Robert C. Wagner Sr.

WAGNER, Robert C. age 89, of Cincinnati, Ohio formerly of Florence, Indiana passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2014. He was born on February 6, 1925 to the late Frederick A. and Anna (Findley) Wagner.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick A. Wagner and Anna Wagner; wife, Elaine R. Wagner; son, David F. (Peggy) Wagner; and siblings, Tom (Laverne) Wagner, Terry Wagner and Fred Wagner. Robert is survived by his beloved children, Diane (Jim) Newport, Nancy Crutchleo, Paul (Vivian) Wagner, Robert (Connie) Wagner Jr., and Peggy (Gordon) Holbrook. Cherished grandfather of Patricia, Lynn, Becky, Charissa, Pam, Beth, Matt, Brad, Abraham, Lindsay, Katelynn, Rob III, Julie, and Josh; great-grandfather of eighteen. Dear brother of Anne (Gene) Middlekamp, John "Gus" (Barb) Wagner, Marcie Ruehl, Patty (Bob) Greve, Kitty (Don) Glatthaar and Mary (John) Hopkins. Robert will be loved and cherished by a host of other relatives and friends.

Robert served our country in the Army Air Corps during World War II.
He started as a die maker at Central Carton Company where he retired as a general manager after forty plus years.
