Robert Lewis Cook, age 71, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2020. He was born in Tampa, Florida on July 17, 1948 to Walter Wilson and Annie Lucas (nee Cook).
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Steven Lucas; sister, Helen Lucas. Robert is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Debra Cook (nee Hines); son, Robbie Darby; sisters, Donna (Bobby) Cason, Teri (Harvey) Davis, Annette (Alberto) Mina, Cheryl Lucas; brother, Glen Lucas; and a host of other family members and friends.
There will be a private family service in Tampa, Florida.
