Robert L. "Bob" Hunt, age 81, of Fairfield Township, Ohio passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2020. He was born in Vinton, Virginia on February 27, 1939 to Francis Lee Hunt and Rachel Thompson (nee Johns).
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lola Mae Hunt; son, Payton Rufus Herron; daughter, Judy Mae Bowles; brother, Douglas Spurrier. Robert is survived by his step-father, Edward Thompson; children, Joanne (Jerry) Jones, Debbie (Don) Costa, Dennis Ray Herron, Tammy Lola (Tommie) Crawford-House; 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Becky Robinson; nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Bob, contributions may be made to National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd Street, Finance Department, New York, New York 10016.
Funeral Ceremony will be at 11:00 am Saturday, July 11, 2020 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Burial to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
