Kirkland, Robert M. age 71, of Green Township, Ohio passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2016. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 23, 1944 to Joseph and Mary (Kane) Kirkland.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Kirkland, his mother, Mary Kirkland; grandson, Myles Kirkland; and four siblings, Pat, Eleanor, Charlie and Joseph. He is survived by his three sons, Shaun (Elizabeth) Kirkland, Eric (Shannon) Kirkland and Robert (Stephanie) Kirkland; his daughter, Kelly (Jeff) Coover; his loving companion, Barb Welsh; two sisters, Mary Coyne and Eileen Mahoney; five grandchildren, Taylor, Peyton, Alex, Abby, and Olivia; and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Robert, contributions may be made to, VITAS Innovative Hospice Care of Cincinnati, 11500 Northlake Drive, Suite 400, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Western Hills Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
