Robert E. Smith Sr. age 76, of Springfield Township, Ohio passed away on Monday, June 19, 2017. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on February 25, 1941 to William and Alice Smith (nee Eckel).
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Barbara A. Smith; daughter, Corina Smith; brother, William Smith. Robert is survived by his beloved children Ann L. Gibbs, Robert E. (Sheryl ) Smith, Jr., Debbie S. (Mike) Kelley, Danielle L. (Mark) McFerren; grandchildren, Michael (Dawn) Huber, Kevin Gibbs, Sara Gibbs, Jessica Smith, Robert E. Smith III, David (Corey) Smith, Dillanger Smith, Justin Kelley, Magen Kelley, Joey Kelley, Corina (Brad) Tate, April Tate, Katie McFerren; great-grandchildren, Travis Huber, Jude Smith, Zoey Smith, Samuel Smith, Alexis Robbins, Baylen Muddiman, Kayla Blanton, Connor Blanton; brother, Daniel (Keran) Smith; and a host of other family members and friends.
Robert was a dedicated Navy Veteran and a member of the Mt. Healthy Eagles #2193.

Funeral Ceremony will be at 11:00 am Saturday, June 24, 2017 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
