"Rod" Roderick Crawford, age 59, of Sharonville, Ohio passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 17, 1957.
Rod is survived by his beloved wife of 21 years, Maria A. Crawford (nee Davis); mother, Opal Louise Crawford, son, LaMarr Crawford, daughter, Cheyann Baker,daughter, Haley Jones, step-father, Isaiah Crawford; and a host of other family members and friends.
Rod was actively involved with the Covenant Women and Girl's Ministry. He loved the outdoors, especially gardening, he loved to cook and he enjoyed spending time with his kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 3, 2017 from 10:00 am until time of funeral service at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
In loving memory of Rod, contributions may be made to American Heart Association-Cincinnati, 5211 Madison Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45227 and/or Alzheimer's Association-Cincinnati Chapter 644 Linn Street, Suite 1026 Cincinnati, Ohio 45203-1742.
