Rosalyn Ann Ostertag, age 82, of Milan, Indiana passed away on Monday, July 17, 2023. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 16, 1941 to Nicholas J and Marie Rabong (nee Laake).
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William P Ostertag, her son, Mark Ostertag, her grandchildren Becky Williams and Jessica Greene , her great granddaughters Camdyn and Karly and her brothers, Dick, Nick, Steve and Paul Rabong.
Rosalyn is survived by her children, Mary (John) Lee, Marlene Stanton, Mike Ostertag and Margie (Perry) Williams. She is the grandmother of 11 and the great grandmother of 9. Rosalyn is the sister of Marie "Toots" Lillis and Margie (Ken) Scott.
Rosalyn had a 20 year career as a nurse assistant with the Hillebrand Nursing Home. She loved her family, her flowers and her friends.
Visitation will be Friday, July 21, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home, West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati (45211) from 10:00 AM until the funeral service at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow in St Joseph Old Cemetery.
In loving memory of Rosalyn, contributions may be made for Liver Transplant and Research, to University of Cincinnati Foundation, 3300 Burnet Ave, Cincinnati (45229)
