Rose Joyce Proctor

Proctor, Rose Joyce age 81, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 8, 1940 to Albert C. and Bertha Howe (nee Curtis).

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert C. Howe and Bertha Lemmons; her husband, Louis N. Proctor; her son, Louis C. Proctor Sr.; her brother, Albert Pete (Terri) Howe; her sister, Barb Wilson; her daughter-in-law, Regina R. Proctor; her great-granddaughters, Briana, Keri and Kaylee Proctor; and her great-grandson, Jaxson Proctor. Rose is survived by her children, Roxann (Andi) Scheidt, Randall A. (Angie Reynolds) Proctor, and Debbie Winesett; her sister, Alberta Hollon; daughter-in-law, Wanda Proctor; her grandchildren, Louis "Buba" Charles Proctor Jr., Andi (Stephanie) Scheidt, Christina L. Proctor, Daniel P. (Jamie) Niehaus, Randall P. Proctor, Crystal R. Winesett, Jeremy A. Proctor, Michael J. (Brooke) Scheidt, Randi D. Winesett, Brandi A. Winesett, and Travis L. D. (Jessica) Proctor; her great-grandchildren, Jade, Madison, Emily, Brooklynn, Allie, Kenadee, Olivia, Annalee, Nolan, Mia, Griffin, Reese, Jonah and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 from 9am until the time of service at 12pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Burial will follow at Baltimore Pike Cemetery.
