Day, Roy (Sam) Gene, of Silver Grove, KY, passed away on Monday, June 3, 2019. He was born in Washington, DC on June 16, 1950 to Roy and Virginia Day-Cohen (nee Cann).
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Cindy Fleming, and a brother, Steven Day. He is survived by his partner, Carol Bearden, along with her children, Kerri and Todd, a sister, Sandra (Richard) McHenry and a host of other family members and friends.
Sam was the owner of Sam's Auto Repair in Burlington, KY. A graveside Service will be held Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Beechgrove Holiness Cemetery at 12:00 PM .
