Russell E. Isaacs, age 63, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Monday, June 8, 2020. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 31, 1956 to Floyd S. and Viola M. Isaacs (nee Jones).
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Hazel DeMoss; nephew, J.R. Wendel.
Russell is survived by his sister, Winona Wendel; niece, Brenda (Steven) Sander; nephews, Brett Otto, John (Kelly) DeMoss, Anthony DeMoss, and Brandon DeMoss; and a host of other family members and friends.
Burial will take place at Sammy New Cemetery in McCreary County, Kentucky on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at
12:00 pm.
