Smith, Russell F. age 79, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2020. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 4, 1941 to the late Oliver and Beatrice Smith (nee Stewart).
He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Smith (nee Hunter), and 8 siblings. Russell is survived by his children, Kathy Rucker, Kimberly Hacker, Russell L. Smith, and Kevin (Kim) Smith; grandchildren, Michael Schulte, Christopher Roberts, Dennis (Stephanie) Abner, Kelly Abner, Matthew Andres, Erin Otis, Russell Lawson, Lauren Dugan, Hannah (Jordan) Prather, Samantha (Jimmy) Woodrum, Joshua Smith, and Jillian Smith; 13 great grandchildren; sister, Theresa Bledsoe; and a host of other family members and friends.
Russell loved fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.
In loving memory of Russell, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105. A visitation will be held Thursday December 31, 2020 from 10am-11am followed by a service at 11am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Burial will take place immediately following at St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery.
